A TimeBank is a community of caring where members form a network of relationships to: help each other - as persons, groups, associations and organizations; build trust and a sense of community through neighborhood projects and events; and to make transformational change. The Lathrup Village TimeBank project was a winner of the 2009 Michigan Municipal League Community Excellence Award.
